Delivery Charges
Orders with a subtotal of Rs. 2,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below this amount currently include a Rs. 150 delivery charge.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or order confirmation. Delivery can be affected by product availability, traffic, weather, public holidays and demand.
Service Areas
Delivery is available only within supported service areas. A live implementation should verify the customer address before accepting an order.
Order Processing
- Orders are reviewed after placement.
- Available products are picked and packed.
- The order is assigned for delivery.
- Customers can follow progress through Track Order.
Unavailable Products
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, customer support may contact you about a replacement, quantity adjustment or refund.
Receiving Your Order
Please provide a reachable phone number and accurate address. Inspect the order at delivery and report missing or damaged items promptly.
